Perfect day with lots of attendance, good food and great memories. Thanks to all the participants and volunteers that made this event a success.
Our special Remembrance Day event was a great success. Art Irwin did a great job of organizing the event. Many thanks for your efforts and time Art. We even had a fly past by two RCAF F18s to top up a great day (they were on their way to downtown Calgary). Twenty flyers and spectators attended the event today. The skies were filled with warbirds on a beautiful autumn day with light winds. We collected a box full of non-perishable food items along with monetary donations which Art will be taking to the Legion Foodbank.

As in previous years, SCRCMC will commemorate Remembrance Day with a ceremony followed by a day fly (warbirds only).
